Preparing for your photo shoot
Please read carefully, you must submit the form below within 24 hours to secure your booking.
Confirming Your Booking
We will contact you one-two days before your booking to confirm you are still coming, if we are unsuccessful in gaining a response or receiving confirmation from you within 24 hours of us contacting you then we will presume that you are unable to attend your booking, unfortunately you will lose your space including any deposit payments or vouchers.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please note* - All deposits are non refundable once paid.
If you need to reschedule your appointment then you must notify us no less than 48 hours prior to your booking only then would we allow you to reschedule your appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment then unfortunately you will lose your deposit payment or voucher.
These terms apply for both photo shoot bookings and viewing bookings.
How long is the photo shoot?
Please note* - Photo shoot bookings and viewings combined will need around 3-4 hours of your time.
Your booking slot is one hour (unless otherwise specified) so please plan ahead especially if you are unfamiliar with our studio location. If you are late to your photo shoot then that time will have to be deducted from your hour as we will more than likely have another photo shoot booked in straight after yours. So please plan ahead as we don't want you to miss out! If you can attend your appointment 10-15 minutes earlier that would be much appreciated, we do have a reception area for you and your family to sit and wait in.
Viewing your images
Appointments 4pm midweek will be invited back the next day to view your images depending on availability.
Appointments 6pm on a Saturday will be invited back Sunday to view your images depending on availability.
Appointments 6pm on a Sunday will be invited back Tuesday to view your images depending on availability.
For all other slots viewings are same day as your photo shoot around 30-60 minutes after your shoot
Please note* if you wish to purchase any additional prints or products on the day that you have means of payment as images are not kept on file after they have been viewed. We do offer flexible payments plans too (deposit required) so please ask for details!
What to bring with you
It is recommended that you bring 2-3 outfit changes along to your photo shoot for everyone involved, this will compliment and broaden your shoot making it more personal to you! Also if you or family members have any particular interests or hobbies then props are highly recommended to further personalise your photo shoot.
For young and newborn babies make sure you have prepped for feeds etc (we do have a baby changing unit which is fully stocked). Please remember to ask a member of staff if you are unsure, we are more than happy to help with creative ideas!
Also during the outbreak of covid-19 we would suggest bringing your own refreshments as we are unable to offer any at this time.

Where to park?
There is a multi story car park across the street at the Captain Cook Square car park on Brentnall Street and also Sainsbury's car park is very close by. On Sundays you can park outside the studio for free if space is available.
We are located right next to Middlesbrough bus station, if you are catching the train then Middlesbrough train station is a short 5 minute walk away.
Where is the studio?
We are located in Middlesbrough town centre, near the bus station and behind the BBC Radio Tees building.

Please attend your booking on time, try not to be too early or late.
Due to Covid regulations we do not want to over crowd our reception area.
You will be asked to declare that everyone at your booking all reside at the same household.
